Episode 32: Creating community through food with Community Fridge KW

This week on the podcast, we hear from Kamil Ahmed, one of the organizers for Community Fridge KW. This grassroots mutual aid effort seeks to establish and operate public repositories of fresh donated food for anyone in the community to take from, for free. The slogan ‘take what you need, leave what can’ enables the organization’s commitment to reduce food waste and food insecurity simultaneously.
